This Privacy Notice explains how BATS Streetwear (“BATS”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, retains, shares, and protects personal information through the BATS website and email list, and how you may exercise your privacy rights. We collect only the information needed to manage the BATS List and email communications about BATS releases and collaborations, measure website performance, and protect the website from misuse. This Privacy Notice applies to anyone who visits the BATS website or joins the BATS List, regardless of location. BATS processes personal information in accordance with applicable Philippine law and any other data-protection laws legally applicable to the relevant processing. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.
01 / Information we collect
We collect the email address you provide, records relating to your signup and email preferences, and limited technical information used to operate, measure, and protect the BATS website.
02 / How and why we use it
We use the email address you provide to manage your BATS List subscription and send Drop 001 updates and news about future BATS releases and collaborations. We may also use limited technical information to operate, measure, and protect the website.
BATS uses personal information only for the purposes described in this notice. If these purposes change, we will update the notice and obtain consent where required.
03 / Who we share it with
BATS does not sell or rent personal information. We use service providers to operate and secure the website and deliver BATS emails. They process personal information only as needed to provide these services and may process it outside the Philippines, subject to appropriate safeguards.
04 / How long we keep it
Subscription records are retained while you remain subscribed and for up to twelve months after the final relevant communication, unless you withdraw consent sooner or a longer period is required by law. Unconfirmed signups are deleted after a limited verification period. After you unsubscribe, BATS may retain only the information reasonably necessary to respect your choice, meet legal obligations, and protect the website.

After reasonable identity verification and subject to applicable law, you may request a copy or deletion of the personal information BATS holds about you, or withdraw your consent.
